Founder and President
Loto Lealaimatafao is the Founder of Loto Ministries Inc. and has dedicated more than twenty-five years to serving youth, families, and communities through evangelism, mentorship, and faith-based outreach.
After surviving a life-changing shooting at the age of sixteen that left him blind, Loto committed his life to following Jesus Christ and helping others discover their God-given identity and purpose.
He has served for nearly three decades at Cornerstone Church in Fresno in roles including youth leader, missions coordinator, outreach specialist, and deacon.
Executive Director
Maria Lealaimatafao serves as Executive Director of Loto Ministries Inc., overseeing the ministry’s programs, partnerships, and operations.
Her journey from a troubled past to a life devoted to serving Christ stands as a testimony to the transforming power of God’s grace.
Maria has worked for Fresno Unified School District for more than twenty-five years. She began her career serving special needs high school students and currently works as a behavioral counselor at Cooper Middle School, continuing to invest daily in the lives of young people.

Director of Development
Megan Delgado helps lead development efforts and partnership growth for Loto Ministries Inc.
As a teenager, Megan struggled with addiction and incarceration that seemed impossible to escape. Through the ministry of Teen Challenge, she encountered the life-changing power of Jesus Christ and found freedom and restoration.
Today she is passionate about helping young people experience hope and transformation through faith. Megan also leads a thriving young adults ministry in the Central Valley and attends Access Church in Fresno with her family.
Treasurer
Luke Arce serves as Treasurer for Loto Ministries Inc., providing financial oversight and stewardship for the organization.
He previously served in a long career with the Internal Revenue Service and currently works as a tax specialist with a major international financial services firm.
Luke is the son of pastors and grew up in the church. During high school he joined and later led his school’s Bible club, which grew into one of the largest Bible clubs in the school’s history. He later graduated from Fresno Pacific University and has served alongside Loto in ministry locally and internationally.
Secretary
Jim Reynoso serves as Secretary for Loto Ministries Inc. and brings years of experience working with at-risk youth through mentoring and intervention programs within Fresno Unified School District.
After losing his father as a teenager, Jim experienced a difficult season in life before encountering the restoring grace of Jesus Christ. His personal journey fuels his passion to mentor and guide young people toward hope and purpose.
Jim has also served multiple terms as a deacon at Cornerstone Church in Fresno and continues to be involved in leadership within the church’s men’s ministry.
